An exhibition of Tom and Diane’s new paintings

My colour compositions are non-representational.

Nevertheless they are influenced by music, landscape and light.

Tom

There is a magnetism in the sun casting its rays on the earth, reflecting its path in water, making shadows by its absence, colours by its presence.

I paint the landscape feeling this energy, marking light and shade, tracing the sun’s steps across the day.

It is always the colour of light that powers me in my work.
